CANCELLED: HerPOWer Self Defense workshop

The herPopwer self defense seminar will be taught by Chris Dodds at Enact Wellness Solutions. Chris teaches a weekly self defense class at Enact. He is a black belt and has been doing self defense for 21 years.

This style of self defense is called Kokondo karate. It is all practical moves to get out of bad situations. It doesn't matter how fit or big you are. The seminar will be an introduction to self defense. You will learn some basic techniques as well as good practices to avoid bad situations. The seminar is open to all ages and physical abilities.
