April Porter has leveraged her wealth of knowledge of the law, leadership, marketing, sales, mentorship, strategic planning, and overall business ownership to help others succeed.
After successfully practicing law for 10 years, April invested in a kickboxing franchise and grew from one location to four in less than three years. This rapid growth gained the attention of the St. Louis business community, which recognized her company as one of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in 2016, 2017, and 2018. Along the way, she was featured in publications such as Entrepreneur.com, Club Solutions magazine and Yoga Spa Magazine, among others.
As her reputation grew, April became a leader in the national franchisee community, earning the Trailblazer Award from the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers.
Small business owners began to seek her advice and mentorship, which naturally led to the formation of two new companies – AP Consulting and SecrtSOS International. Through these endeavors, she passionately shared her talents to lead small business owners away from overwhelm, stress and imbalance to a life filled with Sanity, Wealth and Gratitude (SWAG).
