Moms on the Move with Sarah, Jackie & Anna

Moms on the Move is a community within Little Black Book offering members the opportunity to connect and collaborate with caregivers, participate in family focused events, and be empowered to develop youth into well rounded, community focused individuals.  Kids are not required to attend the event.   

Presentation will cover:

• Our bodies “glue” aka connective tissue
• Show how myofascial release with balls. (Gifting balls to all the kids :)
• Why this is important to know as a kid (growing pains, learning to listen to our bodies, proprioception) 
• The power of healthy human touch
• Why massage is beneficial for good health
• Foot massage
• Reflexology (tie into massage)
• Massage can be done on other parts of the body too.

Added Bonus from Anna Kuhns: Come and get your fairy hair tinsel! Offering a special rate of 5 strands for $5! Tinsel is a fun colorful way to enhance your hair. Strands can last days or months. They fall out when the hair sheds. This is a great way to try them out.

Snacks: We will have a fruit and veggie tray, and lemongrass water.
