Jessica is the founder of Enact Wellness Solutions and Lifestyle Expert. She has lost a total of 170 lbs and earned the title of Lifestyle Expert because knows what it takes to achieve total wellness and better lifestyle that includes community, support, nutrition, self discovery, movement, and raw and real relationships. Jessica has been in the fitness and health industry for over 14 years. Hearing personal stories, listening to their fears and struggles, and understanding the needs of others currently not met, she designed Enact to fill the gap and went out on a mission to change they way people view their life and body.
Your comfort zone is a fence that does not allow you to see what is beyond that fence. If you learn to get out of your comfort zone you see opportunities that you never knew where possible.
