Speakers Bio: 

Rhonda Travers is a business-oriented leader recognized for making a positive impact, building teams and talent, and driving results.  With over 25 years in internal audit, risk, and compliance leadership roles, Rhonda fulfills her passion for coaching professionals and educating business leaders by conducting internal training presentations, organizational management discussions, and speaking engagements.  Rhonda also leverages her skills to manage her Tastefully Simple business where she helps busy households with easy and healthy meal solutions, helps business owners with client and employee gift-giving solutions, and coaches her team members with heir business goals. 

Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. She has served as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society on the Relay For Life Event Leadership Team for over 15 years and is currently the Missouri Area Relay Leadership Team– Coaching and Development Lead. Rhonda is also involved with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri within the Women’s Leadership Network Steering Committee and is on the Leadership Team for Little Black Book Women in Business as a co-facilitator of For the RUN of it Group.  She has also served as an active member of the Board of Governors for the St. Louis Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors for over 10 years.

Rhonda earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University. She completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certifications.
