Brittany's Bio:

Brittany Neunuebel, Ed.D. is a Family Service Director at Baue Funeral Home. She decided to work in funeral service because her purpose in life is to help others. All throughout her life, she has chased that purpose in Academic Advising, pursuing up to her Educational Doctorate in Higher Education and Student Services. She has been in a Higher Education Administration role for the last 15 years and continues adjunct teaching at Lindenwood University. Additionally, she is the Sunday School Director at Simple Church St. Louis. In her free time, Brittany spends time with her husband, and their two kids, and enjoys taking them to parks and spending time outdoors.

Lesleh "Les" Bio:

Lesleh has been associated with State Farm since December of 2004. Initially she started off as an insurance producer and then through additional certification a registered representative for State Farm. Lesleh accepted a position with the State Farm Corporate office in a role that taught agents and team members how to use technology and applications to increase and track production with over 100+ agents. Her lifelong dream was to own her own business so in 2015, she opened her doors in July. A new market opportunity aka no customers to start required a driven team and service centric mindset. In the past seven years, thanks to the hard work of her team and their belief in her dreams, the agency has grown in a multi-million dollar book of business. Lesleh contributes that success to her team and the culture built within the agency, to help customers #WorryLes so they can live more. The collective growth mindset has built our business with families, businesses, and members within LBB. Throughout her career she has continued to learn more to better assist customers: mortgage licensing, additional financial studies to achiever certifications that better help customers achieve and protect their dreams. Lesleh is married to her husband, Austin who is an entrepreneur as well. They have an incredible 8 year old artist, Olive, who is their WHY. Lesleh also teaches power yoga as a passion project in St Charles County. Lesleh joined LBB in the fall of 2020 and joined the leadership team in 2021. She has enjoyed being part of this group for all the philanthropic opportunities provided and for an opportunity to present and share my journey with like minded individuals.

Michelle's Bio:

In December 2020, I unexpectedly lost my dad to Covid-19. A week later, a good friend (50 years old) perished in a car accident. Both left a spouse behind. While both had a financial "what if" plan in place, I watched their families deal with the business side of death while mourning and grieving. Each needed a helping hand and an advocate to stand by their side during the weeks and months that followed. I decided then and there to dedicate myself and a significant portion of my practice to focusing on those who are facing a "solo journey"; advocating for those embarking on a new path either through divorce, breakup or loss of a loved one. Therefore, I dedicate a majority of my time to helping others prepare for, transition through, and eventually thrive in a journey that will be different. A journey that, over time, can be embraced with confidence and security.
