1. You must take action to experience progress towards your vision, small action steps build momentum! You can achieve your vision by being solution focused, the walls we hit our of our own making.

3. The brain + body you use for your personal life is the same one you use business. Taking care of yourself matters, you must do so to work towards your vision and show up the way you want in the world.
