Speaker's Bio:

Ashley is an innovative, results driven leader. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at True Manufacturing Company, she supports domestic and global business initiatives by executing people focused programs and practices to achieve the organization’s goals. Ashley is dedicated to modernizing and transforming the HR function which is fueled by her passion of continuous improvement and influencing organizational change. Ashley has over 15 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University, a master’s degree from Lindenwood University, and is PHR and SHRM-CP certified.  She serves on the Executive Board for the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and Industries.

Ashley lives in Kirkwood, Missouri with her husband and two children. She and her husband own a real estate investment business named after their two sons, Henry and Harrison. When not at the baseball fields or soccer park, they enjoy traveling the globe experiencing new cultures and food.
