Imposter syndrome is a common experience for many people, especially high-achievers. It can be characterized by feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, and fear of being exposed as a fraud. Despite their accomplishments, people with imposter syndrome often feel like they don't deserve their success and that they're just fooling everyone. This session will help you understand imposter syndrome and develop strategies for overcoming and unleashing your inner boss.

Becky Klein applies more than 20 years’ experience in sales, management, leadership, and training to her role as REALTOR®/Owner of Move Realty in St. Peters, MO. A self-proclaimed leadership junkie, she thoroughly enjoys the study and practice of leadership, consistently looking for opportunities to grow. She holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication and a master’s degree in

communication with an emphasis on training and development. When she’s not working, Becky can be found meddling in the lives of her husband, 5 adult children, 3 dogs, 4 granddogs, and 4 grandcats; reading on her front porch; or crocheting.
